White chocolate black was delicious.

I asked for hot sand and warmed it up, but cold cold sand came out.As I have always thought, the cashier and the staff in charge behind the scenes are not cooperating at all, so they did not realize that they had asked for warmth and brought cold items.There are many mistakes in registering, product mistakes, and forgetting to put out a tray due to mistakes in cooperation.After warming up, I should have noticed that, but not to replace it, I am frustrated with a sluggish customer service attitude that does not come to an apology.I want to change the name of the hot sand now.

Cafe itself has a good atmosphere, but their customer service just sucks.The store is normal.Service is too bad.
